If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at sales@tallowflame.co.za and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
For food-safety reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened, undamaged product. Please contact us before returning anything.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
